Practical Magic Healing is an in-network provider for multiple insurance companies (see list below). We submit claims directly to insurance for you. We can guide you through the process of familiarizing yourself with your insurance benefits including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums before beginning therapy. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. A quote of eligibility and benefits is not a guarantee of coverage. Clients are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance.

For those who opt to NOT use insurance to pay for therapy, therapy rates are $160/session. A sliding scale fee is available for those who can demonstrate financial need. Information for each therapist can be found on their profiles as each of our clinicians dedicates a portion of their caseload towards sliding-scale clients. Every therapist has differing financial responsibilities that they must be mindful of, which they consider when designing their sliding scale structures. Qualified Master’s-level interns completing a fieldwork placement at PMH also offer low-cost services ($80) when our licensed staff therapists have sliding scale waitlists.
